“I think there’s room to talk about love in business and I think that’s very off-putting for some people. But I think it’s important because it’s behind why I do what I do and so much of the work I feel my colleagues do. The kind of people I want to surround myself with are people who are unafraid of bringing love to the table. And I don’t mean it in the sense of ‘Oh, I love you, I want to get married.’ I mean it in the sense of wholeheartedness, being vulnerable, being able to listen, and being really strong and dedicated to your mission.”
