“My father is 100% the immigrant story… came here with $57 in his pocket and $700 debt for his flight to get here… and so his makeup is that he wakes up at 4 or 5 in the morning and has unlimited energy until the end of the day. And so, working with my father as a second-generation and finding that my structure was different than his was a big challenge because my expectation was I have to work like him…”
